Our Safety Cage 2.0 offers upgraded features including:

This ladder allows the operator to work on a completely enclosed platform enabling hands-free, 360-degree access.
OH&S rules & regulations demand professionals working at heights must tie off at secure anchor points before performing tasks. These standards make it extremely difficult or impossible to undertake and often entice operators to put themselves in dangerous positions.
Our Safety Cage 2.0 is constructed from a non-conductive resin-fiberglass composite making it extremely strong and suitable for electrical jobs. The high visibility green colour adding another level of safety within your work space.
The caged platform offering:
- one-way walk-thru gates
- a guard rail at just over 1m high
- a mid span rail
- an improved reinforced toe-kick system around 3 edges of the huge 45cm x 55cm platform
all come together to provide a secure space to work hands free.
The 2.0 has the added stability of an outrigger system giving the ladder a wider stance and exceeding safety standards. Newly added castor wheels on both sides of the ladder allow the system to be moved around with ease.
A staggering 20% of ladder accidents occur when the operator misses the bottom rung when descending, resulting in serious knee, ankle & back injuries. Have you ever walked down a staircase in the dark and thought you were on the bottom step, but you were actually on the second bottom? Ouch!!! To combat this issue, Little Giant has introduced the ‘Ground Cue’ bottom rung alert system. The Ground Cue allows the operator to feel & hear an alert when stepping on the bottom rung, which prepares the user for contact with the grounds surface.
Although a more complex looking ladder the set up and pack down is a simple 4 step process that requires only 1 person and complete in a couple of minutes. The Safety Cage 2.0 compacts to a slim 15cm depth when storing or transporting and with ‘Tip N Glide’ wheels moving it from 1 location to the next is easy work.

Shipping Fee:
Due to the size & weight of the Safety Cage models, freight companies demand that we ship these on a pallet. This requires a forklift to unload at the receivers end. Deliveries to commercial premises only. No residential deliveries.
All of our ladders are stocked and shipped directly from our Australian warehouse within 2 days of receiving your order. We use premium freight companies and with the exception of unforeseen delays, can ensure your orders are received within 3-7 business days. The Shipping Fee is added to the cost of each ladder at the checkout.
